The goal of 5 Elements practice is to provide the meditative practitioner with a variety of methods that can be combined or done as stand-alone practices. This flexibility is of great benefit to meditators living in a rapidly-changing, information-oriented world. Meditative activities will be led by Master Ying-Fa, Lay Leader Brian Robinson and other qualified teachers/practitioners from the CloudWater Sangha. |
